Idiom 2:
A teacher's achievement is not how many A's or B's they produce..,but how many live they change and how many heart they touch.
PRE (10 mins) | - Play a song entitled “TheTiny Timble” - Talk about the song. - Repeat the song. |
WHILE (25 mins) | - Teacher displays the story and read aloud with the students. - Pupils listen and follow the text. - Group and individual readings. - Teacher points to the words with ‘th’ sounds. - Pupils repeat the words after the teacher. |
POST (25 mins) | - Teacher uses words cards to reinforce words starting with ‘th’ sounds in the story. - Get pupils to say the words aloud while one of the pupils point to the words. - Sing the song again. |
